Instructions to authors

The duration of the invited lectures is set at 25 minutes and 10 minutes of discussion.

The duration of the oral communications is fixed at 15 minutes and 5 minutes of exchanges.

We strongly recommend that speakers approach the people who will be moderating the session and upload their presentation at the latest during the half-day preceding their intervention on the existing material.

For communications by poster, the size of the CADDY grids made available is (width) 120 x (height) 180 cm. We recommend a maximum poster size of (width) 95 x (height) 115 cm in portrait format. Fixings (drawing clamps) will be provided.

Conference language

The official languages are French and English. In order to facilitate the exchange in particular with foreign participants presentations in english are recommended.
